Starting at 04:21 UTC until 04:42 UTC, our network faced partial degradation due to a new complex attack vector in the following sites: - Singapore - Tokyo - New York
Mitigations were applied towards the new vector at 04:42 and can confirm this has subsided immediate impact.
Development on automated mitigations began at 05:10 until 06:25, with simulated lab environment testing conducted at 06:45. Lab scenarios confirm the vector is automatically blocked and cannot cause further impact.
We have rolled out the new mitigation code to the appliances in the impact sites and are monitoring results.
